Andre Maurice Amaru Dey (Hill-Harris) Sr.

Principal Chief Andre Maurice Amaru Dey (Hill-Harris) Sr. brings 67 years of experience in food processing, construction, and housing and business development to his leadership of the UAAR Nation.

Serving as the Nation’s Chief Diplomat, he cultivates relationships with Aboriginal nations, tribal entities, and community-based organizations around the world. As a dedicated metaphysical scientist, Chief Dey integrates spiritual and technological knowledge in service to the protection, empowerment, and prosperity of the UAAR Nation and its alliances.

Chief Empress Dr. Shazz Akemi Chausiku, DMETA, serves the United Aboriginal American Republic with compassionate leadership and a steadfast commitment to unity, cultural restoration, and the advancement of families.

As Chief Empress, she is devoted to empowering women, nurturing community, preserving ancestral heritage, and strengthening the bonds that help the Nation build a protected and enduring legacy for generations to come.

Queen Mama Kali Sichen

Queen Mama Kali Sichen is an Aboriginal American born in North Carolina, the thirteenth child and seventh daughter of a newspaper-publishing and education family. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences.

Her botanical and ethnographic studies have taken her throughout the Americas and many African nations. An herbalist, astrologer, author, ethnographer, mother, grandmother, and Elder Matriarchal leader, she works to restore the suppressed history and culture of America’s Original people.

Grand Queen Mama Lubaba Yvonne Madison Taylor

Grand Queen Mama Lubaba Yvonne Madison Taylor, Finch Mohawk Cherokee, is a lifelong educator, cultural pioneer, theater leader, and advocate for the empowerment of Indigenous and African-descended communities.

Her work spans education, drama, repertory theater, Kwanzaa cultural development, holistic healing, and institution-building. As a key UAAR elder, she helps advance self-sustainability, cultural preservation, universal balance, and the well-being of the Nation’s developing tribal lands and members.

Rev. Dr. Betty Jones Smith

Rev. Dr. Betty Jones Smith is the head of the United Keetoowah (Kituwah) Band of Cherokee Indians in Southwest Georgia. Her academic work includes a doctorate in School Psychology, a Master of Science in Education, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Black Studies, and an associate degree focused on Child Psychology.

A family preservationist with more than four decades of service as a non-traditional psychologist, she has also served as a genealogist for Keetoowah Tribal Nation recognition and helped establish her county’s recognition as a Historical Keetoowah Tribal Village.

Dale Kenya Kenyatta Dey Horton

Dale Kenya Kenyatta Dey Horton is an accomplished bassist whose career has included performances with Bobbi Humphrey, Rufus and Carla Thomas, Joe Simon, Lucky Peterson, and Dorothy Norwood.

His work has taken him throughout North America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. He is also a master chef and an experienced tile and home-remodeling craftsman, bringing musicianship, culinary creativity, and practical artistry to his cultural leadership.

Elder Council Chairman · Prime Minister

Terrence S. Lake

Terrence S. Lake is the author of God’s Child and serves as Chairman of the Council of Elders, overseeing the council’s meetings and helping guide its work.

His professional career included service as a millwright apprentice at Ford Motor Company, machine setup and repair at Champion Spark Plug, electronics and troubleshooting at General Dynamics, and international machine-building work across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. He retired in 2010.
